About: Zeroine is the project of Jean Francois Ganevat’s life partner Maylis Bernard. Established in 2018 as a negociant venture, this year’s release (2020 and 2021 vintages) sees the first bottling of the transition to becoming a part-domaine operation. Ferments are carried out in traditional, large open-top wooden vats before extended ageing in barrels and bottle meaning these wines couldn’t be more ready to go right off the bat!
