Returns & corked wine

Returns policy:
Returns made within 30 days of purchase are accepted for change of mind. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable in this instance, and you must return the wine in saleable condition.

Corked wine policy:
Please note that only bottles that have natural cork can fall victim to TCA cork taint. Wines may be faulty for other reasons, but it is not possible for wines to be 'corked' if they are sealed with synthetic corks, crown caps or any other seal.
