About: Hailing from the Aube, Champagne, Yves Falmet discovered the Languedoc while studying biochemistry in Montpellier. 1990 saw Yves purchase some 90-year-old bush vines just north of St Chinian where he started producing wines that ignored conventional viticulture and instead, focused on pragmatism.
