About: A man who perhaps needs little introduction. A staple of the natural wine scene since opening his bar L’Ange Vin in Paris before moving back to his home village, with his wife Noella, to be a vigneron. Farming around 7 hectares in Jasnières (northern Loire), the Robinots favour organic practices in their vineyards. The wines often have an extended period of fermentation tucked away in the limestone caves that the Robinots use as a cellar.
