About: Ginger Ringer and Romain Cole farm a 3 hectare piece of land in Randazzo, Catania. As well as 1 hectare of 100 year old ungrafted vines, this garden on the northern side of Mount Etna is also full of fruit, nut and olive trees. Expect Grecanico, Carricante, Minnella, Grenache, Cappuccio, Nerello Macanese + more!

The young couple started a new life on the Etna with their two kids in the aftermath of the pandemic (2021). Ginger used to be a full-time actress and Romain worked as photographer and editor in chief of a cinema magazine. By seriously damaging the entertainment industry, the pandemic sparked the idea of reinventing themselves, away from Paris, in direct contact with nature.
