About: Mauro Vergano used to develop flavours and aromas for one of Italy's top pharmaceutical companies. Located in the city of Asti, Mauro has channeled his palate and technique into creating gorgeous chinatos with complexity and balance. The Americano vermouth uses a relatively unknown grape Grignolino as its base sourced form winemaking friends in Piemonte and then blended and infused with local botanicals. It has earned its place as Our house Vermouth that is blended into all Hector’s negroni’s while being just as enjoyable served on ice with a touch of soda.
