About: A legendary figure in the natural wine world. From 1989 to 2001 Jean-François Nicq was in charge of the winemaking process at Estezargues cooperative winery (Côtes du Rhône), then bought his own vineyard the following year which became Les Foulards Rouge situated in Montesquieu-les-Albères in Eastern Pyrenees. They are consistent, pure and expressive wines that are unpretentious and often overlooked! Organic, natural and no additions.
