About: Renaud Guettier is based in the village of Bueil-en-Touraine in the Coteaux-du-Loir, an area which is undoubtedly one of the Loire’s great terroirs. He is, without hesitation, one of our favourite winemakers ever. A gateway wine for us personally and we have had the pleasure of visiting and tasting old bottles with Renaud. The wines are very pure, with fantastic concentration and length. Renaud is very patient, often taking many many years to elevage his wines. He releases them when they are 'ready' but they can also be aged beautifully in bottle.
