About: We think the wines from Gabrio Bini are always good fun to drink. They are pure, energectic, electric and unexpected. Gabrio a retired architect from Milan has practised experimental winemaking on the island of Pantelleria for over a decade now, planting international varieties and creating sought-after micro-cuvées. But his signature wines that we go back to again and again are his orange, Zibibbo (Muscat d'Alexandria) and his Fanino, a light red/rosato which is an equal blend of Pignatello & Cattarato.
