About: 100 % Malvasia di Sardegna weathered in chestnut wood for 4 years where it develops a layer of flor - a yeast-like that helps protect the wine from excessive oxidation. Only 3000 bottles produced every year! A wine that touches your soul whilst confusing your senses with its extraordinary bouquet of toasted almonds and caramelised hazelnuts, but yet dry and salty. Not sweet.
