About: Patrick and Justine make wine in Saint-Georges-sur-Allier, a village in the Auvergne region. The vines are rooted in volcanic soils, south-east of Clermont-Ferrand. Some of their oldest vines of Gamay are up to 140 years old pre-phylloxera. They are some of the most exciting wines to come out of the Auvergne for us, they age incredibly too, so we often have some older bottles to drink in the bar.
