About: Eric Bordelet spent much of his professional life as a sommelier in Paris before returning to his family home in Normandy to take charge of the family orchard. Eric grows 20 varieties of apples and 15 varieties of pear. Some of his pear trees are over 300 years old. These are benchmark Cidres and Perrys from Normandy, we come back to them again and again.
