About: Lambic beer brewed by 3 Fonteinen that was aged in Amontillado and Oloroso casks from Jerez. 3 Fonteinen source the barrels directly from the sherry producers so there is a clear influence on the finished beer. A much more complex palate which rides waves of salinity, nuttiness and has an incredibly long and complex finish. 

Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is a producer of lambic beer - a spontaneously fermented beer unique to the Zenne valley region of Belgium. They became a lambic brewery in 1998, and are now regarded as one of the best breweries in the world.
