About: A family estate that originated in 1900 that was transformed in the ‘80s when Gérard and Christine converted the operation to organic. Relying almost entirely on plant extracts to tackle any issues in the vineyard, Gérard found this significantly improved the quality of wines being produced. Only natural yeasts are used in these wines and they perfectly display that famous Jura terroir.
