About: Jura natives Pauline and Géraud met whilst studying in Dijon. Returning to their homeland the couple have been farming orgabically from the start. A traditional approach tot the styles of the region they produce topped up Chardonnay and Savagnin, as well as semi-carbonic reds. Over the years the two have began selecting exceptional barrels to extend the aging. Vinifying from parcel to parcel allows the unique terroir of each to be fully understood.
